Per-Die Rerolls

Hello again! A second feature request has hit the discourse.group.
This one is is lifting from a couple of tabletop roleplaying games, and another video game which borrows from tabletop mechanics: Moves of The Diamond Hand. Namely, I think there should be some way to grant the player a resource they can spend to reroll individual dice before a roll is fully resolved, and ways for game events to manipulate that resource in various ways. I understand this is far more complex than my other request, but if you play any of Cosmo D’s games with dice mechanics, I think you’ll understand the potential here.

I generally want to work on some kind of dice roll update, improving the experience for the player of doing a roll and seeing the results, being able to see modifiers flags that affect the roll, etc. So yeah it would be a good occasion to add that.
